Appointment Hours Pet Sitting at Posh Pet Services is generally by appointment. Hours of visits are:
Prior knowledge is always helpful, but sometimes is simply not possible. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be requested to pay one full days service. Extenuating circumstances of course will be understood and we realize that it is going to happen, just let me know as soon as you know.
Payments are due at the time of service before you leave for vacation (on the counter is fine) or the beginning of the week on regular mid-day visits. We email invoices a week in advance. A late fee will be assessed if we have not received payment within ten days of completion of service. Credits for future visits will be added to accounts if trip is cut short or arrive home early. We do not accept credit cards.

I will consider clients outside of the Prosper Texas, Celina Texas area on a case by case basis. Some areas may be serviced for an additional fee. Please call to discuss. Normal service areas are 75009 and 75078. Check out our service area map.
Pet Sitting is awesome! We care for your pets in their home, where they feel comfortable. They get to keep their routine, see the same person every visit, get to enjoy their backyard and play with all their favorite toys and games. They also avoid the risk of getting illnesses that typical boarding facilities carry.
Are you insured?
Yes! This makes sure that if anything happens to your pet under my care. I am covered by an insurance company to take care of any liability.

Posh Pet Services is insured through Business Insurers of the Carolina's.
Yes! Sheila has spent the last 8 years loving and caring for others furry family members. She is lucky enough to be doing her dream job! We try our best to accommodate all pet sitting requests but there are times when we are fully booked. Holidays fill up quickly so I recommend booking as far in advance as possible to insure adequate staffing.
There are two of us and I usually have at least one employee so you are covered. I also have a network of trusted pet sitters to refer to in case of a true emergency. Your pets are always on my mind and you can rest assured they will be cared for.
Sheila and Blake are the primary sitters for every client. Occasionally during busy times there may be an employee, but all new hires are background checked and fully vetted before entering anyone’s home. All sitters are trained and shadow Sheila before going solo so you will never have a stranger enter your home that has not met your animal before.
This is the initial meet and greet of the pets, parents, and the pet sitter. At this visit, I will gather important information on each pet, your vet, yourself, and your home. I welcome your questions and am very through and promise you will feel completely comfortable with me and the service I provide. This also gives me the chance to go through your daily routine and see where all the necessary supplies are in your home.
Easy! You're a phone call or text away from being in my appointment book. You can always email me details of your plans or requests, we will always answer as quickly as possible!

Holiday time is vacation and family time! We love taking care of your pets when you are away, that is why Posh Pet Services offers our services during the holiday times as well. Yet, that means time away from my family, so we ask for an additional fee of $5 per visit. Holiday visits include all State Holidays: New Year's Day, Columbus Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
